 How to make pakoras at home?

Pakoras are a well known Pakistani and indian snake made by profound searing hitter covered vegetables or different fixings.Here ias the full recipe of pakora:

Ingredients:

  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup gram flour (besan)
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Water, as needed
  • Oil, for deep-frying

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine gram flour, red chilli powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
  2. Gradually add water to the mixture while stirring continuously to form a smooth batter. The batter should be thick enough to coat the onion slices.
  3. Add the thinly sliced onions to the batter and mix well until the onions are coated with the batter.
  4. Heat oil in a profound container over medium intensity. Once the oil is hot, drop spoonfuls of the onion-batter mixture into the hot oil.
  5. Fry the pakoras until they become brilliant brown and fresh. Remove them from the oil with a slotted spoon and drain excess oil on a paper towel.
  6. Serve hot with chutney or sauce of your choice.
