Easy Bread Pakora Recipe | Simple Bread Pakora Recipe

  Here's a recipe for Bread Pakora!


Ingredients:

  • 6-8 slices of bread
  • 1 cup of gram flour (besan)
  • 1/4 tsp of baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp of red chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp of garam masala powder
  • 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, add gram flour, baking powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, and salt to taste.
  2. Gradually add water to the mixing bowl to create a thick batter.Blend well guarantee there are no knots in the batter.
  3. Heat oil in a profound griddle over medium  intensity.
  4. Cut the bread slices into halves.
  5. Take one bread slice and dip it into the batter, making sure the bread is coated on both sides.
  6. Carefully place the bread slice into the hot oil and fry until it turns golden brown.
  7. Repeat the similar process with the excess bread cuts and hitter.
  8. Once all the bread slices are fried, remove them from the oil and place them onto a paper towel to remove any excess oil.
  9. Serve the Bread Pakora hot with chutney of your choice and garnish with coriander leaves.
