Chicken malai boti
Here's a recipe for chicken malai boti:
Ingredients:
- 1 kg boneless chicken cubes
- 1 cup cream
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 tbsp ginger paste
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp white pepper powder
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp oil
- Skewers for grilling
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine
the cream, yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, white pepper powder, black
pepper powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, red
chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Add the boneless chicken cubes
to the mixing bowl and marinate for at least 2 hours, or overnight in the
refrigerator.
- Preheat your grill to
medium-high heat.
- Thread the chicken cubes onto
skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
- Brush the sticks with oil and
put them on the barbecue.
- Cook the chicken malai boti for
about 8-10 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is fully cooked and
has a golden brown color.
- Once the chicken is cooked,
remove the skewers from the grill and transfer the chicken malai boti to a
serving platter.
- Drizzle some lemon juice over
the chicken and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or side dish.
