- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- 1 tbsp garam masala powder
- 1 tbsp cumin powder
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- 2-3 tbsp vegetable oil
- Chopped coriander leaves and
lemon wedges for garnish
Instructions:
1.
Wash
the chicken pieces and make 2-3 deep slits on each piece to allow the marinade
to penetrate.
2.
In
a large mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, lemon
juice, paprika, red chili powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder, coriander
powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, salt, and vegetable oil. Mix
well.
3.
Add
the chicken pieces to the bowl and mix well to coat them thoroughly with the
marinade.
4.
Cover
the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least
4 hours or overnight for best results.

Preheat
your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray with foil.
6.
Arrange
the chicken pieces on the baking tray, leaving some space between them.

Bake
the chicken for 25-30 minutes, turning the pieces over halfway through, until
the chicken is cooked through and the skin is slightly charred and crispy.
8.
Garnish
with chopped coriander leaves and lemon wedges and serve hot with mint chutney
or raita.
