What is the recipe of Panini?

Panini is a popular Italian sandwich that is made using a grill or panini press. Here's a recipe for making a classic panini sandwich:



Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of ciabatta bread or any bread of your choice
  • 2-3 slices of ham
  • 2-3 slices of salami
  • 2 slices of provolone cheese
  • 1/4 cup of roasted red peppers
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1.     Preheat your panini press or a grill pan over medium-high heat.

2.     Slice the ciabatta bread in half horizontally.

3.     Layer one side of the bread with the ham, salami, provolone cheese, and roasted red peppers. Add salt and pepper to taste.

4.     Top with the other half of the bread.

5.     Brush the highest point of the bread with olive oil.

6.     Place the sandwich in the panini press or on the grill pan and cook for 3-5 minutes or until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted.

7.     Remove the sandwich from the panini press or grill pan, and let it rest for a few minutes before cutting it in half.

8.     Serve and enjoy your delicious panini sandwich!
