Egg Fried Rice

                                                      Egg Fried Rice



Here is a recipe for Egg Fried Rice:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of cooked rice
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup of chopped carrots
  • 1/2 cup of frozen peas
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1.     Heat a wok or enormous skillet over medium high intensity. Add vegetable oil and swirl it to coat the pan.

2.     Add the chopped onion and carrots to the pan and stir-fry them for about 2-3 minutes or until they become soft.

3.     Add the frozen peas and minced garlic and continue to stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes until the peas are heated through.

4.     Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and crack the eggs into the other side of the pan. Scramble the eggs until they are completely cooked.

5.     Add the cooked to the container and mix everything together.

6.     Pour the soy sauce over the rice and mix everything together until the rice is evenly coated with the soy sauce.

7.     Season with salt and pepper to taste.

8.     Continue to stir-fry the rice mixture for another 2-3 minutes or until the rice is heated through and slightly crispy.

9.     Serve hot and enjoy your delicious egg fried rice!
