   How to make Bihari Boti?



Here is a recipe for Bihari Boti:

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg boneless hamburger(cut into little 3D squares)
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mustard oil
  • 2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tablespoons Bihari boti masala (spice blend)
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Wooden sticks(absorbed water for 60 minutes)
  • Lemon wedges and fresh coriander leaves (for garnish)

Instructions:

1.     In a large mixing bowl, add the boneless beef, plain yogurt, mustard oil, ginger garlic paste, Bihari boti masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well to coat the meat with the spices and yogurt mixture. Cover the bowl and marinate the beef in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.

2.     Preheat the grill or barbecue to medium-high heat.

3.     String the marinated hamburger 3D squares onto the doused wooden sticks.

4.     Place the skewers on the grill or barbecue and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked through and tender.

5.     Garnish with lemon wedges and fresh coriander leaves before serving hot with your favorite chutney or raita. Enjoy!
